Is Tension Pneumothorax Caused By Exposure To Agent Orange?

Hi , my father was exposed to agent orange in Vietnam War. He passed away in 1988 from tension pneumothorax. I was only 10 years old at the time. I know he had high blood pressure and respiratory issues. He was a construction worker at the time of his death. He fall from a building and as per his death certificate he died from tension pneumothorax and internal bleeding. There were no faulty equipment at the time of his death. so Im wondering did the fall cause tension pneumothrax or it could have been from being exposed to agent orange.

Thanks you
