General & Family Physician 's  Response
Usually a patient with diabetes ,hypertension and heart disease there will be easily 10 tablets per day to take, but can be reduced over time based on your health improvement due to your life style changes like reducing salt, oil in food, taking proper balanced diet, fresh fruits which contain fibre which helps in reducing bad cholesterol, regular exercise like walking which improves good cholesterol and lowers Bp. your medication list includes for sugar, bp, cholesterol, nutritional supplements, and one med for preventing future heart attacks. But you need regular supervision from your treating dr who will reduce dosage or sometimes remove some medicines. Per se there are no negative remarks on your med based on your history, but at present to decide whether you need all, require physical examination and some investigations. It is better you consult your dr regularly may be once in 3 months to decide what med is not required.
