Is Taking Erythromycin For Bacterial Sinusitis Effective ?

Hello I ve been prescribed erythromycin 250mg 1 tablet 4x a day for 7 days for bacterial sinusitis however since starting the course I m suffering strong hunger pains even after I ve eaten, but too the point they make me feel nauseous, what would you advise I m on day 2 of my tablets.

Erythromycin is a antibiotic and it can be used in treatment of bacterial sinusitis.
Erythromycin is known to cause gastric side effects like nausea, vomiting, stomach pain. Since you are having all these symptoms these indicate side effects of erythromycin. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for prescription of alternate drug for erythromycin.
