Hi,aspirin is safe in pregnancy. It helps to increase the flow to the baby.aspirin should be stopped between 32 and 34 weeks.Follow what your doctor says. Some antibodies in your body can cause the still births. You will be closely monitored till you reach 37 weeks.any time you feel decreased fetal movements please contact your doctor immediately. Weekly doppler scans and biweekly Non Stress Tests is a must.
