It is clearly excreted in breast milk and may severly harm the baby. I never recommend it. And remember, this alopecia is totally normal and natural process mostly seen in mothers with recent delivery. Once baby is almost one year or more, the problem will solve at its own. Just keep a good diet and remain physically active. This alopecia is reversible. Take multivitamins, fresh fruit juices and salads and green leafy vegetables. Hope it helps.
