I m 20, I m having sore throat with fever.I went to the nearest clinic and the doctor prescribed me Amoxycillin & Potassium Clavulate 3 times a day for 5 days, Sinarest 1 tablet for 10 days and 30 B Complex for each day.After taking Amoxycillin etc... For 2 days my fever seems to have gone and so is running nose but I ve started coughing a lot. Couldn t even sleep last night. I m gargling for 2 days and have tried home remedies but it s getting bad.Also I have this problem of mucus going through my throat. Most of the time I try to get it out from my mouth but can t do that right now as my throat hurts a lot.Few months back I had the same problem sore throat and fever and after visiting 2-3 doctors and failing to get better I went to BLK hospital Delhi and the doctor told me I have throat infection and prescribed me Taxim-O with crocin and I started feeling better on the very first day.I don t trust local doctors as most of the time they are experimenting and don t even pay much attention to the patient.So, I m asking you Pros that whether I should continue what the doctor gave me or go for Taxim O.
