HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Olanzapine, risperidone and mirtazapine all cause sedation so there is a risk of excessive drowsiness for most persons.

In terms of the hearing voices, this is likely related to the illness itself. Risperidone and olanzapine are both used to help persons who may have problems with hearing voices, it is used in treatment.

The use of both of these anti psychotic medications (risperidone and olanzapine) can increase the risk of other side effects but it is possible that both are being used in an attempt to control the symptoms.

Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine , this would also cause drowsiness. It would not help with the voices, but helps with anxiety or insomnia

I hope this helps
