Is Taking Morphine Sulfate And Dilaudid Safe For Neuropathy?

My daughter has neuropathy (intense skin pain described as her skin being peeled off her body) We have tried different pain meds and nothing seems to help much. The doctor just prescribed oxycontin which our insurance denied. We are now using morphine sulfate and she is in terrible pain. Can she also take her 2mg of dilaudid?

I really appreciate your concern, if the pain condition is unbearable and narcotic being taken so now she can be given any analgesic, unless know the exact underlying cause of the pain nothing can be said for sure still you can try Dilaudid Hope this information helps.
