Is Taking Lansoprazole Effective For Severe Pain In Feet?
hi I occasionly experience severe pain in my feet.it seems to start in my toes and spreads till I am unable to place my foot on the floor without terrible discomfort. with complete rest for 3/4 days of painkillers it goes away for a few months until the next episode.this of course means taking time off work which is highly inconvienient for both me and my employer.I have been taking lansoprazole for 15 years for a stomach ulcer.I am male 62 years old and otherwise in good health . hope you can help .thanks....c.buchanan

Lansoprazol is antacid drug it is used to lower stomach gastric acid secretion.
It does not help in releiving pain.
For pain in foot you should wear soft foot wear and dip foot in cold and hot water 30minutes everyday.
Besides this you should take analgesic pain killers.
