Is Taking Azithral 500 Mg Safe To Be Taken On An Empty Stomach?

I am having frequent throat infection and cold causing pain around my neck and throat. Earlier I used to take roxid 150mg twice a day and got relief. But thus time even after taking four in last two days I am still suffering. The pharmacy man suggestef me to take azithral 500 empty stomach twice daily.Is it safe and effective way ? Pls advise I am 27female

As such thr is no prblm in taking with empty stomach but if possible take it with breakfast to avoid any gastric upset.
