Is Swollen Lymph Node Above The Collar Bone A Sign Of HIV?
i have i swallen lymph node right above my collar bone on my neck and it kinda hurts im scared i have hiv i was permisquious but i have no other symtoms. i was just tested but only 24 days after my last sexual expieience. my test was neg. can you have only one symptom of hiv?

Single isolated lymphadenopathy is not included as a criteria to undergo HIV. It has got multiple reasons
Consult your doctor
Also the timing of your HIV VA's too early. As per standard guidelines, if initial testing for HIV is negative one should repeat the screening test after three months
If repeat test also negative , HIV is unlikely
