Hi dear thanks for writing to Healthcare Magic!
To do the pregnancy test at the right time is more important to know the correct result, I advise you to do the Urine pregnancy test after 2 weeks of missing periods and also get it confirmed by blood HCG levels and USG under gynaecologist observation.Only on symptomps it can not be decided that you are pregnant, for pain and discomfort i advise you to take ibuprofen and pantocid tab to get the relief.
Hope this will help you
Thanks and regards
