Hello ma'am and welcome.

If your endometrium is not equipped enough to support pregnancy, even if the process itself does result in pregnancy the inner lining of the uterus may not support pregnancy for long and it may result in a miscarriage. I completely understand your situation, and that you are ready to do anything to conceive, and so I would leave the decision up to you as a future parent. IVF itself is not an inexpensive procedure, so if you are financially ready to go ahead with an IVF procedure and are well aware of the less chances it carries in your case, then you can go ahead with this. But if not, then please do consider surrogacy.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
