Is Surgical Removal Of Swollen Cervical Lymph Node Advisable?

My FNAC test suggests Reactive Lymphadenitis for swollen cervical lymph node. I have a swollen painless cervical lymph node and my doctor had put me on 1 week course of antibiotics. After one week when the swelling didn t go, he suggested FNAC and Neck ultrasound. The FNAC revealed Reactive Lymphadenitis (reports attached), the doctor has again given me some 1 week course medicine and asked me to see him after 22 days, he has suggested if swelling doesn t go, then surgery can be done to remove the swollen lymph node. I don t know what to do, is surgery at all necessary or it can be avoided?
