Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. As far as possible surgery should be avoided. You are likely to get benefitted by glucosamine, mecobalamin, rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen. If not relieved by it then you can go for surgery. But in my opinion surgery should be last resort. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
