Hi, Thanks for using HCM. I consider its sinus involvement with polyp formation in right nostril. I would manage my patient with these symptoms intially with Intra nasal corticosteroids spray, which can result in shrink in polyp size or even eliminate them. Antihistamines may help to reduce allergic manifestation. Biopsy required in persistent condition to rule out cancerous changes. Endoscopic removal of polyp required in conditions not responding to medical line of management. If operation is necessary then first BP needs to addressed, Once BP comes under control, plan for surgery. Hope this helps you. Regards
