Is Sudden Spike In Alt Test Result A Problem?

Past ALT test results have been in the low 20s. On 10/21/11 it was 19. Yesterdays test showed 74. The only change I am aware of is a change in my cholesterol medication to Atorvastatin in March. Also I have been taking 5mg of Prednisone.

Should I be concerned, and what do you recommend?

Thanks
