Is Successful Conception Possible When Couple Has Same Blood Group?

Me and My wife s blood groups are same. Its B+. We are living now different side of our country for our job purpose. We have sex after 2 or 3 months after. But my wife haven t pregnant yet after 2 yrs marriage. What is the main problem. Need a good advice.

There is no problem with conceiving with having the same blood type. That is not the problem. But to increase your likelihood of having a baby, you may need to have intercourse more frequently. That is likely the main problem. Best time to have intercourse to conceive is approximately 2 weeks before your wife's expected period. That is when she would be ovulating. If her cycle is 28 days, count the 1st day of menstruation as Day 1 of the cycle. Most fertile time to have intercourse would be days 12 - 16. Once a day or every other day during that time would be fine, and increase the likelihood of conceiving. Good luck to you!
