my girlfriend have head ache stomach pain,and hungry,but if she is eating something she will feel stomach pain and feel to go to toilet,just like loose motion ,does it is a pregnancy symptom?pls help me

Hi,thanks for query.For the diagnosis of pregnancy first of all missing of period is the most important thing.The symptoms that she has does not point towards pregnancy.She might be having some stomach infection.Ask her to be light on stomach,have more liquids.bye.
