Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Staphylococcus infection is not a sexually transmissible infection. However, you can have what is generally called staphylococcal urethritis. In this case, a urethral swap smear and urinalysis/urine culture may help to know which antibiotic will treat the condition.
I will advise you see a urologist for evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Mbuomboh Veranso
