Is Stabbing Pain In Shoulders, Neck And Skull Post An Abdominal Injury Harmful?

i was kicked in the upper abdomen, just below the sternum, by a cow. there is pain and tenderness at the site but I am unable to keep food down and now there is an intense stabbing pain in my shoulders mid clavicle shooting up my neck to the base of my skull what the heck I going on. I have been kicked before but never had this happen

it can be local muscular injury and cervical injury, use cervical color and sleep in hard bed without pillow. take hot phomantation in neck apply volini oint ment externally belowsternumtake polycrol gel get locally examined by doctor let there be local examination and ultrasound below sternum.take some rest.
