Is Spot HIV Testing Required Or Is The Result Negative?

hi,Dr. need some help with hiv tests.
i noticed that if u have money u can know your results in 60 sec if u pay 200 pounds. i was exposed and i did my first test after 10 days it was negative. the nurse told me to came back after 3 months.
why they can not do that for everyone? why not tell the results straight away if they have the means too.

im very worried, my girl is hiv + i was exposed 4 times.
so am i negative? should i pay 200 pounds so i dont have to suffer for 3 months?

can u help me to clear this clowd in my head?

Western blot is the most commonly used confirmatory test and detects antibodies to HIV antigens of specific molecular weight s.
Antibodies to HIV begins to appear within 2 weeks of infection and the period of time between initial infection and the development of detectable antibodies is rarely more than 3 months .
So I mention here that you can get results after 2 weeks of contract and within not late than 3 months .
You can get 99.5% accurate test and I don't know the price whether is is 200 pounds or not but time is as I mentioned .
As you mentioned that girl was HIV positive so risk is also in your case.
