Is Splitting The Tear Duct Treatment For Dilated Duct?

Hi...My left eye waters alot and has been for about 10 months now. I have been to my eye doctor and he has dilated my duct and that didn't help. Then he split the tear duct and that has not helped either. I have been feeling fluid in my left ear and I feel that this may have something to do with my eye watering so much. What do you think??

You are having epiphora due to blockase in nasolacrimal duct. Punctumdialatation and syringing isto be done 2to3 times. If it open up the water will pass to throat. Ifnot then blokase can be located by taking a xray after pushing radio opaque dye like metheline blue. Nasolcrimal disection can be planed after xray. This will stop watering.
