Is Sore Throat, Swollen Neck And Armpit Lymph Nodes, Groin Pain HIV?

Hi Doc Good Day,

I had unprocted sex in November 2008 it was vignal sex with a gal of un known staus.since then i started have sore throat.i tested for Hiv 18 times since then last was in 20 Febuaury 2010.i still have sore throat and sswollen lumph noded in neck.I aslo get swollen lunph noded in armit are when there is any cut in arms and finfers.I also have pain in graion area which comes and goes.please advice after having so many negative tests in last 18 months of exposure is there stilll a chance i have hiv.all test are negtive and no exposure since last 15 months.Doc i have renutiod arthristid does it can cause swlooen luph noded in neck armit and graion area.I am very worried after having so many tests all neagtive i am still not able to put hiv menia from my head

If you would have been suffering by HIV infection ,the condition should have been worsen without antiretroviral treatment .
This is in itself a proof that you are nor having HIV infection.
Since you tested 18 times within these years and all tests are NEGATIVE , so why , you are worrying , there is not a cause of concern at all.
You are also having rheumatoid arthritis , and this is an infectious disease and enlarged lymph nodes in groin and on other parts of body , may be due to R A .
First of all there develop sore throat and if cause is streptococcus then this may produces rheumatoid arthritis and also enlargement of lymph nodes on different parts of body ( as may be in your case).
