Is Smoking Joint Advisable While Being On Metronidazole For Bacterial Vaginosis?

Hi. I'm taking metronidazole to cure bacterial vaginosis. My prescription is for 7 days. 4 pills a day, 2 at a time 12 hours apart. I normally smoke a joint almost every night, I was wondering if I can still smoke a bit while taking this medication??

There is no major drug interaction of cannabis and metronidazole. You can take it with medication, but remember it could increase the drugs metabolism. Due to this reason, may be drugs would not show good effect. Better to avoid cannabis to get good response with antibiotics.
