i had heart surgery when i was 3 months old ive smoke weed for about a year and as i was stoned i went on a walk and my heart stopped for a second then it responded with a powerful pound my chest has hurt ever since what happened and am i gunna live its also happened last friday

Cannot say in your particular case. Some irregular beats occur in everyone. We sometimes get worried about them suddenly and needlessly. Having a congenital heart problem makes SERIOUS rhythm/abnormal beats much more likely AND a simple EKG would likely show bad wiring in the heart. ANY smoking can make this triggered/worse. Also, EKG's can often (but not always) show a heart attack if it occurred.
