Is Sickness, Nausea, Soreness, Tiredness, Stomach Cramping And Vaginal Pain A Pregnancy?

Hi, my name is Monica and I'm 18 years old, I had an intercourse with my bf around April 3 - 4 and its my second week now, I've been feeling sick , fatique, bloated, head achs, very tired, breasts feel heavy, my back is aching and im having pain and cramps on my left side of my stomach around the abdominal. Also i've been craving for food, and using the washroom more often. During the intercourse and me and my bf used a condom. I'm not sure if the condom broke or not. But i've been feeling sick, feeling nausea's and just really tired and sore. I haven't been getting enough sleep because of my cramps and i feel like somethings in my stomach. Also around my vagina inside i feel a bit pain as if somethings about to come out. I don't know what this is but i'm not even sure if im pregnant or not. Do you think there's a possiblity that i'm pregnant?

Hi
Dear Monica,
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your query, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.

1.First of all do not panic.
2. I could not find date of last period in the query.
Still I will suggest you to wait till the expected date of menses. If you happen to cross your date, I will suggest getting morning’s first sample of urine tested for pregnancy.
In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG can be done to confirm or rule out pregnancy.
3.If you are not pregnant, your symptoms can be due to some stomach infection. Please seek prescription help from your treating doctor for antiemetics and antibiotics, like Tab. Ondansetron, Tab Ranitidine, Tab. Metronidazole.
4. Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination with medicines safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy under expert medical supervision.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
