Is Severe Pain In My Right Foot Related To Back Injury?

Hi, I hurt my lower back around christmas time removing a old floor standing boiler, I think my back was in spasm. Since then, I have been getting really severe pain in my right foot around the ankle area and towards my heel in the arch, causing my leg to give way with the pain. Is this related to my back injury?

Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
i beleive your spasm is still intact and pain in leg is due to back injury. it is better you get evaluated by orthopeadician or physiotherapist as soon as possible to avoid further radiation in pain. spasm in back leads to pain spasm pain cycle wich is cause your near by muscle to go in spasm too. to confirm your diagnosis plz visit your nearby physio ASAP
