Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Magnesium citrate is a osmotic laxative and is known to cause excessive cramping and loose motion.
I would suggest to give her antispasmodic like Hyoscine which will provide the much needed relief.
Maintain her nutrition and hydration

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
