Is Serum Cholesterol Level Of 181 Mg/dl Normal?

hi i am a 31 yrs old woman 160cm hight, about 58 KG , married and i have one boy.. I amsuffering from sinusitis.I did a general check on the 1st of june 2011 and my serum cholesterol level measured 181 mg/dl is that fine for my age? also the T.cholesterol /HDL cholesterol risk ratio was 3.67 and LDL/HDL ratio was 2.30 also i found that i was infected with H. pylori and my ESR(erythrocyte sedimentation rate) measured 30mm

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Yes, you serum cholesterol is within normal limits
2. The risk ratio and LDL/HDL ratio are also good. However, due to sinusitis infection and possibly associated gastritis, your ESR is increased.
3. Continue with exercise, and nutritional diet. Take steam inhalation for sinusitis and also get evaluated for any deviated nasal septum, if sinusitis is frequently seen.
