Is Second USG Report Required To Detect Abortion?

My USG REPORT says----Single intrauterine fetus of 5 weeks 5 days maturity.correlating with L.M.P of 28/10/12 U.S.G. features are suggestive of missed abortion.pls help me shuld i wait for another U.S.G.after one month or shuld i go for abortion???pls help me fast....m disheartened n very sad

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the ultrasound helps in confirmation of diagnosis.So if the missed abortion is given in ultrasound then it might be sure.But for satisfaction you can wait and repeat ultrasound after 15 days.But if the result is same you might go for abortion then.
