Is Sauna Belt Usage Safe For Fat Reduction Post Delivery?

Hi,, During my pregnancy I have gained almost 20 kgs,, I have lost 10 kgs after delivery but I am still overweight.. Can I use sauna belt to reduce fat from my tummy or hips.. Just want to add that delivery happened 3 months back and that too c-section.. Please advice

in myopinion exercise and proper dieting is enough. can consult experts at gym regarding sauna belt you have to consult your gyneobs specialist for examination and advise on weight control.
