General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings Regarding your diagnosed condition of Atrial tachycardia please stop your exercise habit at the moment because this is going to increase the tachycardia episode
So I view of this please continue to take your prescribed medication
In addition please get a mobile ECG and attached it with you because the Atrial tachycardia can progress to Atrial fibrillation
I hope this helps
Regards
