Is Rubella Igg Positive : 155.1 (<=10 UI/mL)normal Count?

I have blood tests to prepare Rubella vaccine. The results are:
Rubella-IgM negative : 0.24 (Rubella-IgG-positive : 155.1 (
Health services in my country are not very good, so doctors do not explain anything to me, just say that I do not need vaccines anymore.
I want to ask that the results are correct and I could be pregnant and not safe vaccine is not it?
Thank you very much doctor!

Hi, I have gone through your question. Your doctor is right in telling you that you do not need rubella vaccine. Rubella IgM negative means that you currently do not have rubella infection and rubella IgG positive means that your body is immune to this disease (your body already has antibodies against rubella).
Rubella vaccine are not safe during pregnancy as it is a live vaccine.
I suggest you to follow your doctor's advice.
Hope your question is answered.
Wishing you good health.
