Is Rheumatoid Arthritis Related With Hot Flashes And Chills?

I have Rhuematoid Arthritis and other Autoimmune illnesses. Lately I have had really bad Hot flashes then chills. However today was exceptional, as I also was really shaky and a bit lightheaded. Not sure what is causing this... I take Methotrexate and Enbrel. Any help is appreciated.

with autoimmune disorders any such symptoms may be possible. You may go for general medical check up for blood pressure if it is repeatedly occurring.maybe your liver tests and blood tests are required for assessment of medications effects also
Physician may work according to your gender,age-if female and near menopause, it could be from hormones disbalance also. Titres for ANA may be required to see activity of autoimmune phenomene, if it is risingmay be attributed to it

Hello,

I have studied your case with diligence.
This can be side effect of your medication.
You can consult your treating doctor

NSAIDs, DMARDs (disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs) are sometimes prescribed in severe cases.
