Hello and welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. The contents of relent syrup are a.Cetrizine and b.Ambroxol. Both the ingredients are not known to cause any adverse effects on pregnancy in animal study so far. So, they are safe but most of the syrups contain alcohol as their ingredients as a base. Hence ask for syrup with low/no alcohol content.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

All the best.

Regards,
Dr. Deepak S Jois
