Hello doctor.... my daughter is suffering from cold and running nosr from padt 1 weeks time... I was giving her solvin cold syrup... last night she has fever .. we took her to doctor.. he gave rekmox kid tablet for 5 days.. wat is the purpose of the tablet

hello
your child is having acute respiratory infection.since she is having fever also paracetamol with antiallergic and decongestant will be helpful. so you can add syrup sinarest in appropriate dose for 3-5 days.
