Is Red And White Spots On Skin Signs Of HIV?

ive encountered sex 2wks ago. i used 2 condoms. the first one accidentally breaks during the encounter but i immediately replace it with the other one. and i recently i suffer from sore throat. but i immediately took some meds and it healed right away. suddenly i also noticed tiny white spots on my upper lips and my are sometimes dry and sticky. some forums says its normal and could be acquired through stress ( because im also worrying alot, my guilt is killing me)i also noticed 1 or 2 red spots in my skin. it is itchy if i scratch it. is it possible that i have hiv? please help me. ive been worrying a lot. im hard tough time focusing on my studies. :(

Your worries are unwarranted .There is no place for speculation in medical science.
Only way to remove your misconception is to visit to an ICTC (Integrated counselling and testing centre) , where you can be tested with your consent after proper counselling in which you will get correct information about HIV-what are its symptoms, how tested , how spread , how does not.
