General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some vascular insufficiency giving rise some capillary bleeding.
If you are on some blood thinner medicine like aspirin or warferrin does cause these bruises.
There is possibility of having deep vein thrombosis giving rise this problem.
Rule out diabetes as well.
Consult vascular surgeon and get examined.
Investigations like prothrombin time and color Doppler will give important clue about your problem.
