Is Rebound Tenderness In Abdomen Common After Tubal Ligation?

I had a tubal ligation in December, now I am having rebound tenderness in my right lower side of my abdomen and severe pain. I have taken 3 pregnancy test and 2 were negative and 1 was positive, I haven't had sex since 1 month ago. What could this be?

Hi,
I can understand your concerns. The 1 positive pregnancy test is something to worry about especially since you had tubal ligation there can be high chance of ectopic pregnancy that is pregnancy outside your womb(uterus) like in the tubes. I will advise you to get a sonography scan of your pelvis and abdomen as soon as possible. feel free to contact us again.
