Is Rapid Test For HIV 4 Weeks After Exposure Conclusive?

Question: Can I do rapid test for hiv after 4 weeks? and how accurate it is?
I had oral sex with someone by using condom about 2 weeks ago, and I think he has a little pre-cum outside the condom. Also, I have a little bit internal bleeding inside my nose due to the dry weather. I am planning to do rapid test at 4 weeks. Based on the situation I described, how much risk I have? and how accurate a rapid test in 4 weeks will be like? Thank you!

Oral sex (unprotected ) is a very low risk activity for acquisition of HIV and you did it protected ,so as such I don't foresee any necessity for any HIV test , but to buy peace of mind ,you can go for a HIV test. Any HIV test done after 4 weeks of exposure will pick up only 97% of positive cases .So you will have to test as per protocol i.e after 90 days of exposure to be absolutely sure of your status.Hope this helps.
