Is Rapid Heart Rate A Side Effect Of Ibuprofen?

Hello,Please, I am hypertensive and I took ibrufen for menstrual cramps which I know I shouldn t cos it contains caffeine. Now my heart rate is butting too fast. Please, what should I do to bring it down immediately as I am alone and it s midnight here.

Hi, Ibuprofen doesn't have caffein unless you have a specific brand that combines with caffein, I'm not sure what the dose of caffein was but try to drink water and stay hydrated if you still have palpitation or develop shortness of breath or chest pain, call 911.
