Is Psoriasis Medication Cause Thyroid Problems?

I am 35yrs old, 162 cms height and weight 83 kgs. I have psoriasis for the past ten years. I went through different medications. Now four months back I was given folivate tablets to be taken every night after food and folitrax three time once a week. I had the pills for one month. Now I period is irregular. Twice I got the period once in three weeks and now I haven't got periods for the 6 and a half weeks. My TSH level is 10.4,. I did not have any thyroid problems earlier. I have 2.5 year old kid. Does these medicines cause thyroid problems???

There is some chances of thyroid dysfunction with folitrax tablet ,but this usually seen old age women.
Jplso if u are having increase TSH ,menstrual disturbance after quiting folitrax ,go for usg abdoman along with thyroglobulin ab test for exact diagnosis.
