Is Pseudofolliculitis Barbae Curable ?

I have pseudofolliculitis barbae and I wanted to know if it was curable. I am a 19 Yearold male. Will it improve as I get older? I have seen 5 Doctors and 1 Dermatologist and had no luck at all. Please help.

Thanks for query,
This condition is also called Psychotic barbie.
To get complete cure ,
wash your face with antibiotic soap 2 times in a day,then apply antibiotic cream on affected part.
Use glycolic acid solution.
At the time of shaving apply preshave lotion,hydroglide lotion.
Use shaving gel instead of using cream.
You go for electric razor than regular razor.
You can take antibiotic if infection is there.
If there is no relief then go for Electrolysis or laser hair removal.
