I would suggest a sonogram of the pelvis to know the status of the pelvic organs. Hormone imbalance, retained products, cysts of the ovary, infection etc., are the likely causes. Since you have had depo shot three times in a row, liver profile also should be checked. Styptics can be used to control the bleeding. Supportive treatment is given.
