Is Primary Complex Recurrent In Nature?

Hi! Doc my son when he was a 3 yrs old diagnosis of primary complex, then last 2015 the doctor request for chest X-ray the results was Pneumonia, and the last couple of weeks he have cough and running nose,, my question is could it be primary complex repeated?

It's not right to link all the respiratory respiratory infections with past TB. IT'S TRUE THAT THE TB BACTERIUM STAYS DORMANT IN THE LYMPH NODES OF LUNGS FOR MANY YEARS AND CAN BE REACTIVATED BUT THEN IT IS CALLED REACTIVATION OR POST PRIMARY TB.
Does your son have low grade fever in the evening, night sweats and malaise and chronic cough with sputum for more than 3 weeks? These are the symptoms suggestive of TB.
The best way to screen for Pulmonary or Lung TB is to get a plain X Ray Chest and show it to some Radiologisyt or Chest Physician. I think he just has contract an upper respiratory infection with sinusitis. Check if he has any allergies from grass or flower pollen by asking him if he has this problem recurrent and more in the spring.
