Is Pressure Feeling In Temples A Symptom Of Ruptured Blood Vessel In Brain?

A year ago, during work I felt a snap on the right side of my head near the temple. Later that night I felt a heavy weight on the side of my head and it gave me a slight headache that made me want to sleep right away after getting home each night. This weight lasted for about 2 or 3 weeks before going away. Now a year later I feel a pressure in the same area on the right side of my head. This started out happening every once in awhile, but now is constant. The pressure seems to shift from near the temple to further inside my head, but still on the right half. Is it possible a blood vessel had burst within my brain? I also noticed that ever since the initial snap sound I heard a year ago, that whenever I wear ear plugs I can here a high picked swooshing sound as my heard beats, but I only hear this on my right side, which never used to be that way before.

I appreciate your health concerns.
As far as your symptoms are concerned, in my opinion, if there is no history of recent trauma to the head you should not be worried. Signs of raised pressure inside brain include vommiting ,headache ,weakness in the limbs and seizures.
If you are really concerned , get the CT SCAN of the head so that any pathology if present can be ruled out
hope it helps
