Dear Baby,

Before ejaculation of semen, there is always a preseminal secretion which come out of the penis. Preseminal fluid is discharged without knowledge, insensibly. This preseminal fluid also contains some amounts of sperms which can cause pregnancy.

The best option for you to have protection against pregnancy is to consume Ipill or any other similar post coital birth control pill. This pill should be taken ideally within 24 hours, however gives protection against pregnancy even if it is taken within 72 hours of intercourse. Since this pill contains higher amounts of hormones, the expected period may be delayed for some tome. If it is delayed more than 10 days, then better get urine pregnancy test performed. If it is positive and you do not want this pregnancy, you may terminate the pregnancy safely and effectively up to 9 weeks duration by medicines Mifepristone and Misoprostol. However, these medicines are not over the counter medicines and need an Obstetrician's prescription and advice. So if your pregnancy test reports positive, please report to the Obstetrician.

I hope this will clarify your confusion.
