Hello ,i just read your your query and would like to ask whether you took these birth control pills regularly or just after unprotected intercourse.
I will anyways answer it both the ways-
If you were taking it already and regularly still there is a possibility of getting pregnant in 0.1 % of cases.

If you took as a morning after pill then you should take 2 doses of combined oral contraceptive pills (each dose of 4 tablets). The first dose should be taken as soon as possible after unprotected intercourse (preferably within 72 hours but as late as 120 hours, or 5 days) and the second dose should be taken 12 hours later. If vomiting occurs within 2 hours of taking a dose, the dose should be repeated.

Combined emergency contraceptive pills reduce your risk of pregnancy by about 75% by this method.

I suggest you do a serum beta HCG test to confirm whether you are pregnant or not.
