Is Pregnancy Possible When Suffering From Bilateral Bulky Ovaries?

Hi. I am 24yr old married lady .Recently I have had a Lower abdomen ultrasound done for myself and found that i have Bilateral bulky ovaries with multiple follicles-followed with Bulky and retroverted uterus .Please advice if pregnancy is possible for me and also how long Can I delay it ?

of course yes this is what we call asolycystic ovaries and 90% of them conceive without trouble and 5% may need medical help to conceive. pregnNcy is not impossible but may not happen as and when u wish it may take a little longer compared to somebody who s having a normal ovary
